In the US, these are apparently sold only in Asian food stores or possibly in health food stores, or ordered in bulk from Asia. They're apparently used mainly in the sprouted form in the US, that is, the dried beans are put into water and sprouted. You generally wouldn't find them in a supermarket alongside the dried beans and dried peas. This is not an item that would appear on the dinner
