What is munchies means? help please ! thanks

I think it means snacks, ie little things to eat like appetisers or crisps. I could be wrong though, it could also include full meals for all I know. Maybe it's just another word for food?

You're right: little snacks to munch on.

There is an odious phrase.

It is: 'I've got the munchies'.

It means: 'I can't stop eating tasty foodstuffs in small quantities'.

People who use it probably also do quotation marks with their fingers and spoon the chocolate from the tops of their cappuccinos.

We should ostracise such people.

Quite right, Guest. It's a well known fact that substance abuse can damage those areas of the brain that regulate the use of horribly twee phrases.

Munchies are generally small snacks, crackers, etc... Usually munchies has a solid texture and ***. Jello would not be called a munchie.
