Is it okay to use many quotes within a line like this?
I said, 'Don't do it,' to which he retorted, 'You have no right to order me around,' so I left the place at once.
Just a sentence I made up, so don't focus too much on that and say it can written as separate dialogues etc. That's not the point. I just want to know if two quotes can be combined like this; that's all.
