Multiple Prepositional Phrases Punctuation

I realized that I don't really know the rules, per se, for punctuating multiple prepositional phrases in certain situations. For example:
"I ran through the woods over the hill to Grandma's house"
Should it be?
"I ran through the woods, over the hill, to Grandma's house"
Please elaborate.
