(Multiple Commas) Does this seem correct?

Hi,

I'm writing a description of an event, and was wondering if a sentence I have written would make sense to the reader.Can you give me your perspectives please?

The problem is marked by the red line, where I feel the sentence needs to be "broken up" from the preceeding list.

"With discussions on branch relocation, a close look at employee benefits, and profit and loss ratios, participants will have the chance to share a diversity of perspectives on how to..."
