Multiple choice - choose between

Hi,

“In this multiple choice test you have to choose between/from/among four options.”

I know that ‘between’ is usually used for only two items, but I don’t think that it necessarily applies to every single example.

I’d say that all three of these are possible with only a slight nuance in their meaning.

What do you think?
