Multiple Choice

Hello everyone,

Could you please help choose the correct answers to the following sentences?

1. She cooks.........(A. gracefully, B. beautifully)

2. He plays the violin..........(A. gracefully, B. beautifully)

I think to both sentences, "beautifully" is okay and correct, but I'm forced to use each of them either in #1 or #2. I was told that "gracefully" doen't fit the sentences. Here is my question in the following link:

PS. I didn't get the correct answers there.

Regards,

Joseph

Joseph A I'm forced to use each of them either in #1 or #2. Are you saying that if you use one of those as the answer for #1, then according to the instructions you have to use the other one as the answer for #2? If so, there's something wrong with the book you got this from.
