Multiple Apostrophes

Hi,
I am just wondering if it is okay to use multiple of apostrphes in one sentence. When I am trying to describe a person not immediate related to me, can I say" I met this girl he is my mother's friend's daughter." Or, " He is my boss's brother's son who I am playing basketball with."
Are they acceptable?

Thanks,
