What are these mean? And what's the difference between them?The person possesses many (multiple) disciplines, many skills and many talents.

To some extent, skills are acquired while talents are inate, or ***-given.

Disciplines are often academic. The sciences are disciplines. Music, the theater, painting, medicine, the law are all disciplines. You have to learn exactly how things should be done. (Well, you have some freedom in the arts.)

Things like plumbing, carpentry, masonry, electrical work, precision machine work, computer repair are usually called "trades."
A person who is "multi-traded" could be called a jack-of-all-trades, but that sometimes implies that he's not really an expert at any of them.

I guess engineering is somewhere in between. It depends on the type of engineering.
"Professions" like engineering and business management can require advanced degrees at some levels, but I don't think you'd call business management a discipline. I may be wrong.
