Multi-row or Multirow?
Hello everyone! 
This is my first post... but I might be here quite often as I just discovered this site! WOW!
This is my question: we build agricultural machinery and I was wondering if I should talk about a "multi-row" or a "multirow" unit? (English is my second language, and I'm not quite sure about this grammar rule...)
