multi choice qustion paper,

ive just completed 2 years of a fd paramedic science degree but failed a final multi choice exam paper . total 20 questions, at the very end and only 20 credits in total . ive lodged a complaint as the final paper was two parts, first part ecg 80% pass mark and drug paper also 80% pass mark . on the first exam sit i passed my drug paper by more than 80% but failed the ecg paper by 1 question.
then on my second resit i passed the ecg paper but failed my drug paper.
my uni are now saying i had to pass these to two papers on the same day so ive now been stopped from qualifying .
can anyone please advise me .
