Much vs Well

Hello! I am wondering what the difference is between a Much Deserved Honor and a Well Deserved Honor, or if there is a difference. If someone worked hard, and earned an award, was the award much deserved or well deserved? Thank you.

There is no difference. You can use either one. These are just two ways of saying the same thing.
