Much more younger

My texbook says that much more younger is incorrect and that I should use much younger. I do understand the rules and logic behind this but still: is it possible to say "much more younger" in colloquial English? I've seen expressions like this many times on the Internet.

The internet is full of non-native speakers that make tons of mistakes. Even those who appear to be so proficient that you might mistake them for natives actually make odd mistakes. Don't rely much on the internet.
