Ms/Mrs/Miss problem revisited

0 Hello everyone, 02br
02br
00I know there have been posts concerning the proper way of addressing the employer in case their marital status is unknown. My problem is slightly different - I haven't stated my marital status in my cv (I am not married), and my future employer is addressing me as "Mrs". Well, it doesn't bother me very much, but maybe he is expecting me to provide this information about myself now that he decided to offer me a job? I am Polish, the employer is American, I'm not sure how he expects me to behave (maybe it is improper for a younger person to say which title should be used to address them?) and that's why I ask your opinion. Thank you in advance! 02br

0 I shouldn't worry too much at the moment, they are just being a bit sloppy. When you make any contact put your correct title in place and hope they pick it up. when you start work you will have to fill out some forms with your details so you can correct the error formally then.
