Mrs. or Ms. [First Name]?

I'm an adult leader at my church (for the church's youth group). I am married and the youth call me by my first name. Is it correct to write "Mrs. First Name" or should it be written "Ms. First Name?"

It's entirely your choice. Tell them how you prefer to be addressed—Mrs Betty or Ms Betty. Typically, married women call themselves 'Mrs Husband's Name' or 'Ms Maiden Name'.
