A house or a business

Choosing one of these two choices uncluding a house and a business is extremely difficult for the humankind because of the benefits they equally bring.

The shelter is one of the indispensable and constant needs of the mankind while the business can flourish the people with luxury. However, I am in favor of the latter one and will outline the reasons for my rigid choice.

First of all, business, nowadays, is described as the main key for the gate of new opportunities, as it has been successfully satisfying the needs of owners through making profits from money itself. Furthermore, investing in business is a step to the world of rises and falls in market and proceeds. Today the majority of prominent people have reached their fame through the market taking risks and have already satisfied their aspirations. For example, Bill Gates is one of the former managers of Microsoft company, but now he possesses everything including a house, cars, sufficient money and making his own contributions to the military, study and other sections of the .

Secondly, the reason for not choosing a shelter is that it can be considered as the part of acquisitions come from a business. In other words, the money earned from the business can enable us to purchase a house which once was one of two choices in front of us. In fact, the house cannot be compared with the business while the business is more effective and profitable comparing to the house stuck in certain position provoking great expenditure.

Finally, business can thrive the country through making products and services which are the basic facilities of the cities and countries. In this way, marketing provokes competition between companies as well as facilitating the customers’ needs. Subsequently, competition between companies can be cause to the rise of comfort for the consumers which can change the way of life.

In conclusion, business can turn our life into new world of opportunities and amenities while the house stays constant making expenses with the passing of time.
