Mr. America-know-all

Hi,

How would you name a person who knows everything about America? Is "Mr. America-know-all" good? If not, what term would you use it? Thanks.

Thanks, Yankee.

I didn't mean to be sarcastic to anyone. IT's just that we have a term for someone who knows a place thoroughly. For another instance, if I says I'm a Mr. Taipei-know-all, does it make sense to you. We are saying that I know Taipei really well, and I can act as a good guide in Taipei. HOw would you name this kind of person?

HI
Here are some ideas:

encyclopedic (general knowlege about everything)
You have to put "America" in the context.
He is a walking encyclopedia about all things American.

-ophile is a suffix meaning knowing about / loving the subject of:
Francophile (lover of all things French)
Anglophile (lover of English)
Americophile (lover of all things American) - n

He's an authority on America.

He's an expert on America.

He knows America like the back of his hand.

(Keep in mind that America is really big, and quite diverse. It would be pretty hard to know all of America thoroughly! It would be more likely to say something like:

He's an authority on American political history.

He's an expert on American
