Mr.

Hi
Please help me.
Is it always necessary to use Mr when refer to people in writing? Some times I see the same person being addressed with Mr at some places without it at some places.

Hi, What kind of writing are you asking about? What sort of relationship is there between the writer and the person he mentions? Can you give us a short example?
