0I always recommend older movies, because the language was a little slower and more clearly pronounced. I also believe that music is a good way to learn English, so I recommend old musicals: Guys and Dolls, Grease, High Society and many others.0-

0 Hi,02br
00watch out. Usually subtitles don't match exactly what the actors say, they might be quite different or leave out important parts (important for learning). If you want my opinion, I find movies somewhat difficult to understand, generally speaking, and not very useful (they often talk too quietly and too little, fast, etc.). I think sitcoms might be easier. Lots of dialogs,

Here's my advice,
Watch any English movies with English subtitles. Nothing benefits me more than these movies. Most importantly, they keep you updated with what native speakers really say in the real world. At first it may seem difficult, but after a while, it'll be a piece of cake. Good Luck

HI. I agree that older movies are much better as the spoken language is much slower. If you are learning English to improve your grammar, then you can also begin to watche all time classics like Peter Pan, or even Sount of Music. There are also Animal Planet Documentaries which have very interesting topics you may enjoy.
