I can follow the news, podcasts, lectures, documentaries and vlogs on YouTube easily. But when it comes to the movies, I have sometimes problems to register what the actor actually has said. After putting the captions on, it all makes sense. Most of the times I think that the actor should have spoken more clearly, or that the volume of audio speech should be louder that the background soundtrack. However, if that was the case, then a lot of people would have complained and the film studio would have taken measures.
Do you guys have the same problem as I do? What do you do about it?
Top answer
I think everyone has this problem when learning another language. Time and practise will help.
