Short plot
A cyborg called Kamen Rider returns to Japan to save a girl from an evil organization as she is the linked to the Ambassador Hell. What connection do they have?
Long plot
45 years ago, a man has subjected to the experiments of the secret organization Shocker and became a cyborg. The man’s sole mission has been protecting humanity and justice from the threat of Shocker. He is known as the first Kamen Rider. He returns to Japan to protect a girl who seems to be crucial to Shocker’s plans to resurrect Ambassador Hell. He enlists two Kamen Riders to help him. They must also contend with another evil organization claiming to be Shocker known as Nova Shocker.
