Movie English question no. 7: from "The Drop"

Dear All,

In 16:41 James Gandolfini says:

So was he gonna let you wear his leather jacket or did you have to let him twist your nipples a couple times first?

I guess those expressions are idiomatic and I'm not quite sure what they mean. Any ideas?

Thanks

You need to include the clip so that we can listen to it. So was he gonna let you wear his leather jacket I don't see anything idiomatic here. or did you have to let him twist your nipples a couple times first?

Sorry Clive... It was in the movie... As it often happens, the language in movies isn't exactly politically-correct. Thanks for your answer.
