You know the movie is going to be a hit, with A-list actors.

Is the above sentence correct?

I don't know what an A-list is. It looks like we have some sort of dangling prepositional phrase, too. I suppose it is OK for casual composition.

Can I say:

You know the movie with the mega stars is going to be a hit.

Yes, that sounds better. Unless you're speaking of a particular movie, you can slim that down further to:

You know a movie with megastars is going to be a hit.
