Moved or have moved?

Hi,

I am talking to someone who moved recently.

"I have recently moved too, so I know how you feel."

or

"I recently moved too, so I know how you feel."

I think that either simple past or present perfect is appropriate here (both correct). No time is specified (recently is vague). Right?

Yes. (Personally, I think 'have moved' sounds better.)
