Moved - /muwv->d/ or /muwv->t/ ?

The general rule of Phonology applied below

moved - /muwv->d/

But, I think I heard two american pronouncing moved as /muwv->t/ ?

How do you pronounce moved?

Alone: /muvd/. But will depend on the following sound as well. With 'moved to', for instance, the /d/ will tend to disappear: /muvtu/.
