moved

I'm talking to my friend who I haven't spoken to in a while. And I say:

Oh, you've moved back to California? Or

Oh, you moved back to California?

What's the difference between these two sentences? Which one is the native one? Thank you!

PreciousJones Oh, you've moved back to California? This one. It has to do with updating a status, saying what the current situation is.
