Moveable fixed assets? is it self-contradictory?

Dear All,

Shall we have a look at this phrase? moveable fixed assets

I think this might be self-contradictory. I've browsed the world wide web... I've searched for such a term for quite a bit and all I could find was either fixed assets or moveable assets. According to several definitions I've come accross, it seems that fixed assets can't be moveable.

What do you think?

I think for example that a truck you buy for your business is considered a fixed asset, but obviously you can move it around. I'm not a accountant. Clive
