Move like a pregnant yak

Hello! Is there anyone who would let me know what "move like a pregnant yak" means?

I guess it's an insulting expression, but does that expression literally mean "yak"? Or is there any other idiomatic mean in the word "yak"?

If someone says "You move like a pregnant yak" during the sparring, it implies "You are too slow?"
