Move down vs. Move it down

A. Can you move down, please?
B. Can you move it down, please?

1. Suppose I'm about to enter a train, but it is very crowded and can't get on, which expression above is the natural thing to say?
2. If both are possible, is there any difference in meaning?
3. Is it natural to say "Can you move (it) down there, please"? Does this mean you're asking the people far inside?

4. Is it also natural to say "Can you move (it) further down, please"? Does this mean you're telling the people to move down more?

Sometimes there is no conductor present and some people inside are inconsiderate and insensitive despite the situation. Is it really rude to say both expressions even if I say it in a nice way and

With 'it', it will always be rude, I think. In English, much depends on tone of voice and facial expression, but generally we do not take it upon ourselves to order other people aboout. I doubt that you do so in your language, either.

This same is true for our language. However, there are times when we should be assertive especially if some people behave like they don't care about others at all.
