Motorsport Sponsorship help
Hi, i was wondering if you could possibly help me with my sponsorship proposal...pointers, stuff like that.
Here is my first draft.

Dear Sir/Madam
My name is ______; I am 20 years old and currently looking for sponsors for the __________ series.
The team plan to run in every possible event throughout the 2008 season, and I will do my best to promote your company and brand image at every possible occasion, including making public appearances etc...
so here’s my real problem I know I have to now type the "proposal" i.e. what they get etc,but I am not to sure on how to make it sound rite, you know like im not demanding sponsorship from them and also to portray a personality that they would like to be associated with

Hi,
I think you need to talk about the team and yourself. Have you had any past successes? What success do you expect in the future. Sponsors like winners, or at least contenders.
What kind of media coverage do these races get? TV? Live? Newspapers? How many spectator will see you?
