My Motivational Letter!

I am writing to express my interest in the position of Recruitment Assistant, currently opened at ….. I am interested to fill this vacancy because of its relevance to my prior professional and academic experiences. I strongly believe that I can make a considerable contribution in your company.

In addition to my growing knowledge of Recruitment and Human Resource Management, I can offer many skills from my studies, work and other activities, for example:

· clear, concise writing for different contexts;

· working enthusiastically and productively under pressure;

· dealing professionally with a wide range of people;

· working in a variety of teams and on my own initiative;

· overcoming obstacles and negotiating for support I need.

I have regularly used Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint and am comfortable in sourcing and handling data electronically. My communication skills have greatly developed both through my working experience and with staff members. I adapt myself easily with new staff and clients. I enjoy learning from others and helping others where I can. I have also gained experience in recruiting for various departments according to the departmental criteria.

While managing great amount of responsibility and in a pressurized environment, I have demonstrated proficiency and exclusive skills in a Human Resource and Recruitment environment.
