Motivational letter for University of Hospitality Management

Hi,my name is Boris.I am a 4th year student at High School of Mathematics and Natural Sciences.I would like to apply for a bachelor program at The International University of Hospitality Management - Hotelschool Tha Hague.But I am finding difficulties in writing a motivational letter.Please help.
