i wrote a motivational letter to get a PHD scholarship, in fact its the first time i wrote such letter
so i dont know how should i relate the sentences and use the words.
in fact this scholarship is very important in my life so i hope to get it
i know that in this forum there are many professionals can help me

motivational letter :

Recently I got a master's degree in the Management Information system (MIS) with very good degree (87%), so I became very close to achieve my goal to being an international researcher in the decision support system science; the science which makes the decision-making process and the trade-offs among the alternatives more easier not only in business but in all areas of life; so I would like to apply for PhD scholarship for foreign students to achieve my goal.
When I was a young , I watched my relatives manage their businesses, they were taking the decisions based on their intuition, where not all their decisions correct, that motivate me to search for mechanisms that support decision-making; to fulfill my curiosity I studied information system at business and administration at the University of **** which is a public university, during my studies I learned the principles and associated tools that help to support the decisions making in the organizations.
After finishing my studies, and as a result to my academic excellence, I have been hired in a major trading company in ***, I helped to deliver a valuable information to the senior managers and I shared in developing many business process helping the company to get their goals.
Also I have made many feasibility studies for many projects.
Simultaneously the decision support system science was rapidly developing, especially with the rapid changing in the business environment and increasing the managers needs to make fast and right decisions in the right time.
That clears my vision and helps me to specify my strategic goals, therefore I took the decision to continue learning; in 2010 I went to ******, where I currently live, to do a Masters Degree in Management Information System at faculty of Administration in the *** University, which is one of the most reputable universities in ******.
It was a very interesting experience for me, where some of the specialists and well-known professors taught me many advanced courses, and I made several studies in management, databases and data analysis.
Although the war in my country and the moving from our city, with the high psychologically impact of that on me, but I insist on accomplishing my master study, because I believe that my scientific excellence is the best gift can I present to my broken country; so I worked hardly to complete my thesis and I spent more time and effort to read the books and follow the latest technologies in the Business Intelligence domain, which was the wide subject for my master thesis that titled as:
"Building Self-Service Business Intelligence Solution for Wholesale Companies using Agile Methodology"
In this thesis I configured one of the Agile methodologies which is Adaptive Software Development (ASD), to fit building data discovery solution (which is an advanced Business intelligence technique) to solve the fast requirements changing problem in the wholesale companies.
To prove the theoretical research, I applied this model on a ****** wholesale company and I got a positive results.
This research will published nearly in an international scientific conference.
Through master study I benefited from the data analysis skill and the economic courses which I got to start up my own work as analyst in the Foreign Exchange market; where I analyze the historical data and the economic news for specific currency to predict the short term future movement, I sell this recommendations to many traders in the market; this work maximize my analysis skill, and provide me with some money to complete Master degree.
So I believe that my education and employment background qualify me to enter the PHD program, and complete my research in the Business Intelligence, but my current financial situation doesn't enable me to pay the tuition fee for the PHD; so I would be grateful to be provided with sponsorship to further my education to get my goal; After that, when coming back my home country, and after finishing the ware I hope that I can contribute my effort with other people together to rebuild my country.
In addition I will get a chance through this scholarship to visit ******, the great country which has long heard about its civilization and the scientific growth from my friends, also it enables me to share the knowledge with other students.
