motivational letter for master HELP

hello guys my name is farouq I would like you to read my motivational letter for a master in economics, some people say it has too much "ass-kissing", I need your opinion please.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Throughout my life in my homeland Palestine, I have accumulated a broad understanding of economy. It is the vein from which countries grow prosperous and successful. Completing my Bachelor’s degree in accounting at An-Najah national university (Part of Erasmus Mundus program) has allowed me to develop a full understanding of the state of our market. One thing for certain, I'm unable to grasp a comprehensive understanding of the international and fully grown markets-like the one Belgium has. Those reasons led me to apply to the one-year Master in Economics program at HEC Management School - University of Liège for the academic year 2014/15.
Professionally, I am very keen on acquiring education in an international setting that would offer me the opportunity to pursue a field in international markets. Belgium is definitely the right choice for me to achieve this goal as it is in the heart of Europe and home to the EU headquarters. More specifically, the HEC Management School - University of Liège has faculty with international experience, and has a dynamic program of inviting international scholars and lecturers. The school also provides internship opportunities in other countries, thus expanding my horizons beyond Belgium. Additionally, the teaching and evaluation processes at ULg ensure that my learning program is recognized on a European scale through the "Bologna process", thus opening the doors wide for any international opportunities I may come across in the future.
On a personal level, I have travelled throughout Europe and visited several countries such as Germany, Netherlands, Austria, and Slovakia. I can confidently say that the best part of my trip was my one-week stay in Leuven, Belgium. In my journey, I was able to develop and enhance my social skills. Specifically, I found it easy to adjust and adapt to Belgium's atmosphere and people. After all, my mother is a Belgian citizen. I was quite excited to be there with all the diversity and rich heritage the country has to offer. After that visit, I started a French language course, with the goal of living and studying in Belgium.  Studying in Liège will allow reliving that beautiful atmosphere and expanding on my French language skills. Consequently, knowing multiple languages is without a doubt, an important key for a successful international market economist.
I believe the program in Liège offers what I’m looking for: "a unique educational experience, with up to date teaching methods, such as Trading room, Junior Enterprises and Junior Companies, and high quality research". My personal leadership skills are evident through the Football team I’m managing successfully in my home town. Additionally, my current position of running Al-Quds Open University’s student Cafeteria from managing the cash register to reorganizing the space demonstrates my ability to be a team player. My work alongside my father in his private business, and my engagement with social work has all allowed me to polish my entrepreneurship. Those are all important assets to guarantee my success in this program.  I’m ambitious, dynamic, curious, and dedicated. I sincerely believe that Liege is the ultimate place for me to both utilize and promote those qualities.
For all of the above-mentioned reasons, I’m very eager to study at University of Liège. I believe I have the necessary desire and skills to succeed there. This will be a life-changing experience for me, opening greater opportunities for progress on both the personal and professional levels. I hope I will be given the opportunity to have a challenging, exciting and of course enlightening time in Belgium!

Sincerely,
