Motivation letters

Hello I want to apply for a volunteer work in a romanian organisation who work at enviromenent and i really need help about the grammar of my motivation letter and i also hope to have some new idea to add at my motivation letter, thank you so much to read me ( i speak a little English)

I am interested in an opportunity to volunteer with your organisation . I have experience working in the community at my school and also a good experience in accounting and payroll.

I like very much your program first thing to be a part of your teams will give me the chance to learn so much good new skills and learn how this wonderfull program work, the second thing to work with you will make me discover your cultures to meet new people and friends and make me visite your beautiful country and city’s that i dreamt to visit it is so much time.

I am eager to meet new challenges and find ways to improve myself. I am ready to learn and I would be very grateful if you would give me a chance to contribute to this project.
