I am writing to apply for the Bachelor’s Degree program in Computer Science at the -----.

I have always been passionate about innovative technologies and their ways of appliance. When I was a child it was impossible to separate me from a computer. Starting from making simple programs I soon began to ameliorate my computer skills by creating different utilities for developing operation system and building computers on my own. While studying at school in both Russia and China I have also participated in programming club activities, where I and my friends were creating computer games, designing robots and learning computer languages, such as Pascal, C++ and Java from online courses. Afterwards, an onrush of informative technologies and its wide involvement in our lives ultimately prompted me to connect my future career with computer science. In the future I wish to become an advanced and proficient programmer to develop and maintain software systems and invent new ways to make computer’s work more effective along with gaining new knowledge.

Studying at the ---- is a perfect choice for me both academically and experientially. Since the ------ holds a top position in Computer Science in both world and Netherland ranking I will be able to start a successful career and fulfill my dreams. Furthermore, I have always wanted to learn more about different cultures and make acquaintance with students from different countries. The---- is one of the biggest and culturally diverse universities in -------, so I will have a great opportunity to share my ideas and gain new knowledge from different students, who are interested in the same field as I am.
