Here is my second motivation letter.

  Purpose statement
  

I have been dreaming about studies abroad for so long but there was always a circumstance that interferes in my initiation to apply. For example, I couldn’t identify clearly for myself what sphere in economics really interests me or I didn’t fully satisfy the terms for applying. Now I’m determined to devote part of my life for studying after I have graduated from the university. I’m experienced enough in accountancy and finance of construction business to say what I’d like to know in details nowadays and what kind of knowledge will be useful in future with correspondence to present. I’ve been gradually choosing the direction in my profession to achieve position which is appealed to my willing.

I have graduated with BA degree in Accountancy, Analysis and Audit from ****State University in June 2002). I successfully obtained high marks in most of the courses. My career objective is to work in financial sector of construction companies. I’ve got familiar with laws and regulations regarding taxation aspects during my working in the tax inspections. I’m experienced in keeping the all segments of accounting and financial operations according with Russian legal system in favor for my occupation on the site-constructions. I comprehended the structure, characteristics of costs in construction from the earth works to roof and asphalt works. I had a view of the effective methods to organize cash and documents flows under tough pressure of time schedule.

Russia is a country with not long story of liberal economic principals. Construction market is a part of economic which develops rapidly. People are now making much efforts to change their living conditions precisely to increase (broad) their “square meters”. Moreover, real estate business is now a safety and profitable opportunity to invest money. As for rules in legislation, taxation and accountancy aspects they haven’t been fully established yet. I face each day difficulties to refer expenses with their real nature, Russian legislation and foreign demands. Finding an answer and solution takes much time even after there could be some changes. Participatory dwelling construction and mortgage loan activity are issues have appeared several years ago and correspondingly accountancy and financial policy is complicated item in a company. Therefore I’m interested in studying foreign statements in Accountancy and Financial management. By getting theoretical basement I’ll develop my existing knowledge and comprehension of essence of significant items in company’s cash flows and analyzing the financial performance of a firm. Also it could provide new professional skills in making unique business solutions in practice.
