motivation letter to unvercity

hello every body!!! i came across to this site and enirely glad because i am trying to write a motivation letter to enter univercity for my master degree and cant cause of thi letter. nobody can check me. can anyone check my letter please? i am not native speaker i am kazakh girl so that i've got plenty of problems.

Motivation letter
I , ******, am 35 years old, a teacher of “******” college, who is interested in Teaching at the universities, and has a head for it. During my study, I was exposed to the basic principles of educational systems, which filled me with enthusiasm. Driven with the passion for students education , I specialized myself in studying educational system of Kazakhstan for my final year courses as well as for my final year project, entitled “Essential Principles of Teaching English grammar at a secondary school” After several years of receiving a degree in " English teacher " in Arkalyk State Pedagogical Institute , I applied for a higher education program in International University by Nursultan Narabaev to gain in-depth knowledge and skills in the teaching profession and to begin my career in one of the international universities aimed at the development and growth of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since labor education - this is one of the main important sectors in Kazakhstan , I choose "Teaching in Higher education ," as the main specialization. While studying at the State Pedagogical Institute of ******* I realized that I wanted to not only build a successful career in this sector , but also to try to change it for the better. I am interested in alternative sources of teaching , and I am sure that their use help to solve many pressing problems facing the world of teaching such as a high level of knowledge of the graduates . Despite the fact that in Western countries labor education is significantly different from teaching in Kazakhstan in my opinion, in the last 5 years is paid heavily to develop European educational methods. I hope that I can make a significant contribution in renewable source of teaching in my country. In order to achieve this, I would like , first, start my education in one of the companies - world leaders in the field of teaching , such as the ******** University, I would like to start working in a team of internal consultants to get the best possible experience and diverse Knowledge of various functions of teaching . Being interested in the future of my country , I will try to acquire knowledge and experience in this area and in a few years , I hope I can lead the team working on the expansion of this sector within the company. In the future , to stimulate the development of this sector in Kazakhstan , I plan to take a position or the Managing Director of one of Kazakhstan universities or institutes. I believe that higher education programs, on the one hand, strengthen and deepen the existing. I have knowledge and experience, and, on the other hand, give me a specific knowledge and skills that are essential for the successful conduct of international education. Having European knowledge of teaching , I would like to acquire knowledge about the basics of this sector in countries with more developed institutions. I believe that such items as " Keeping higher education at universities " give me the necessary knowledge . I would also like to deepen my knowledge in linguistics to better understand foreign colleagues. In general, I believe that higher education program is a unique link between my education and future education for future professionals in the international sector . I am sure that it is ready to study this complex program and will do everything best to be a good student and a full-fledged member of the Student Community of Masters of ******** University. “The new university will be positioned to become the nation brand by harmoniously combining national identity, best international model of education, science and research practice”-as The First President of Kazakhstan said. These words give me power to change post-Soviet education now. I am really worried of the future of my State and I am a patriot of my Country. My first target is to develop education system. All over Kazakhstan only the Nazarbayev University gives this priceless knowledge. So that I am determed to study there because there are qualified professors and staff. What is evident.I expect that my educational background and teaching skills excellent match with my requirements. Obtaining a quality of master of science from your university will not only strengthen my knowledge in the field to cope up with the fast advancement in the teaching but will also help me to fulfil my dream to see all people in my country getting good education that is currently available for all people in the developed countries but not in my country. And I am sure my dream comes true by obtaining a quality of master science from university.I have a desire to do my post-master project on implementing “Teaching teacher how to teach». With my strong academic background and relevant working experience, I am confident that I am qualified and able to perform well in this program.
