Motivation Letter to Head of Supply Chain
I am being sent on an International Assignment for 4 months, to assist with a new System and process flow implementation, as well as training staff. I have spoken to the Zone Director in Europe as would like to bring thru 2 of my sub-ordinates for 2 to 3weeks, as part of their development, but also to give them the Knowledge Transfer, as we will be rolling out this same development in our market.
Zone Europe has agreed to pick up the cost for this as well.
How do I sell this idea to my boss, so that he sees the benefit of what I am trying to do, and does not think that this is a holiday.
