Motivation letter review (Master's degree)?

Dear everyone,

I'm writing a Motivation Letter for a Master Degree

I'm not a native speaker, so I would appreciate any comments about it.

Here it is:
Dear Sir/ Madam
First, I would like to express my interest in applying for MSc urban and regional planning at **** University. I appreciate this opportunity and I believe that my academic background in urban planning combined with my work experience in this field will make me a very good candidate for this program.
I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Cairo University (Egypt) in 2009. My education focused on urban studies; such as urban planning, city planning, environmental planning, regional planning and urban design etc., where the most relevant subjects related to this master's degree are included. Soon after starting my studies, I decided to focus on regional development and city planning.
After graduation, I worked in several projects in the field of urban planning in partnership with many consulting offices, which helped me to gain good experience in the field of urban planning and city planning. I am always seeking to strengthen my technical skills, critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills.
In 2011, I was chosen to work at the General Authority for Urban Planning and because of academic superiority at the university and the many experiences that gained after graduation. This position allowed me to participate in many of the urban especially national projects, Furthermore participation in the methodologies that determine the plans of urban planning in Egypt, as well as improving my leadership and management skills.
In 2014, I traveled to Saudi Arabia for two years to work in one of the major consulting companies. I assumed responsibility for some of the urban projects. This opportunity was a new challenge in my career, because of working on new and different urban projects and situations and different urban (thoughts) school than Egypt. In addition, I gained skills of dealing with different nationalities and cultures.
Since I came back to Egypt, I kept pursuing further academic education and development of my career future. The opportunity to obtain the degree of MSc of the most important current challenges in my life. I want to deep my studies in urban planning, particularly city planning and sustainable development, and to improve my knowledge of new urban theories and concepts, and the practice-oriented training on the basis of case studies offered by this master’s degree would undoubtedly will qualify me to succeed as an urban planning advisor.
This degree of Master will allow me first to achieve a fundamental step towards obtaining PhD. Second, take advantage of this academic and professional experience to contributing in development of the concept of urban planning in my home country, it is like any of the developing countries suffer from deficiencies in the urban environment and infrastructure and lack the concept of sustainability in urban and regional planning. As well as my position in the General Authority for urban planning will give me the opportunity to achieve these goals and the transfer of these experiences and new innovations to my society.
My objectives also to learn abroad which will gain me many new experiences on a personal level in terms of engagement with new society and cultures and strengthen my English language as well as learning a new language. In particular, the study in Sweden, which it is one of the highest countries of spending on scientific research and characterized by many innovations in many areas.
The high reputation of the University of **** in urban planning science is what most impressed me, In particular, the interesting in urban planning is a general trend in (Sweden). Through my research I knew that the University **** offer the best environment for students to pursue my dreams and ambitions and provides them access to practical experience. I am confident that I will get valuable experience and comprehensive knowledge through learning at this university.
In concluding, I am aware of the highly competitive demands of this master’s program, but I am confident that I have the enthusiasm, ambition and motivation to exceed the requirements and I will do my best to excel within the MSc **** next academic year.
