Motivation letter, need help

Can somebody help me with grammar?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my interest in the _______ in Internal Medicine. I am currently a fourth year student at the ______ concentrating in General medicine. As part of my program I have completed core courses as well as cardiology, nephrology, gastrointestinal diseases, neurology and respiratory diseases.

Through coursework at ____ I have been immersed in annual hospital practice. This provided me with the opportunity to collaborate with doctors and patients, it helped me to get better understanding of hospital structure, methods of clinical diagnosis and communication process with patients.
In addition i attend course in neurology, systematically watch for recent researches in area of my professional interests and taking part in medical student conferences.

English is not my native language, but I have been studying it for 15 years, completed several summer language courses and this combination allowed me to obtain a high level of proficiency. As evidence of it I have passed TOEFL in 2014 and scored ___

My goal upon graduation is to admit for residency in neurology at Europe. I believe that a summer course will be invaluable in helping me develop a deeper understanding of the medical system of Denmark and would help me make my decision about place of studying. Besides it this program is great opportunity to meet up with foreign students, share experiences and simply spend a great time. I believe that summer school will help me to extend my knowledge and would allow me to build new skills in my field.

I am passionate about medicine and would love to have the opportunity to participate in this course, I hope, that my academic experience will enable it.
