Motivation Letter for Visa Application

Hi all, I am planning to apply documents for long stay visa to learn in Switzerland and Embassy requires me to write a motivation letter for the following reasons:

- Commitment to leave Switzerland after graduation

- Reasons for studying in Switzerland

- Plans in future after graduation

I really have no idea for this, anyone, please help me to write a sample. I'm in urgent. Thank you so much!
