My name is Alexander Guerrero and I would like to apply for the Master’s Program Business Informatics at . I have been reading about your program and I believe it is suitable for me.



At the moment I am living in Aruba, but I am planning to move to next year with my Dutch fiancé. I need to adapt myself to your culture, the society and customs. For that, and to increase my job opportunities in for the future, I think it is important to start at your University to get a Dutch degree.

Also I feel that I am ready for a new challenge in the IT world.



I would like to show you my knowledge, skill, experience, and dedication that qualify me for admission to your program.

After my graduation I want to contribute to this country like a professional and new citizen by applying all the knowledge that I can learn from this University.



In 1998 I graduated from the University Institution of Technology “Antonio Jose de Sucre” in Caracas-Venezuela. My Degree is Higher University Technician in Informatics. During my study I have been working for IBM as a field technician.

And after my graduation I worked 8 years as hardware specialist at Diebold , a company specialized in security, alarms, CCTV and ATMs.

I have followed several courses during these last years, most of them related to computing and technology, but also related to develop my social skills in business.



What the Master Program will offer me is improving my knowledge of organizational processes, the new technology and information systems.

With this I can do what I have been doing best during my life, solving technical problems.

I read about “win-win relationship” mentioned in the extended enterprise course.

Based on my experience I can contribute on this, in the IT world one of the principal points is to get a suitable relationship between your company and your client. I am looking forward to learn more about how to achieve this.



Dedications to the technology and self-discipline in my work and study have helped me to become what I am now. I realize that I will probably be a little older than the average student that applies, but I am ambitious and motivated enough to success in the master program.



The Master’s Program Business Informatics is the next step towards fulfilling my career ambition. I am confident that with the knowledge, experience, skills, and helpful contacts gained through this program I will be well positioned to start my new life in .
