motivation letter for university admission.

hi i want to write motivation letter to get admission in university in mechanical engineering in last year so i try to write it but because english is not my mother tongue so i need alot of correction so plz help me .

Dear Sir/Madam,

This letter is to express my interest in enrolling in the Mechanical Engineer Bachelor Program in English in Group T. Becoming an engineer has always been one of my main goals in life and my very first dream. To me, engineering is about being creative, solving problems, making decisions and last but not least, it is about teamwork. I am aware that engineers are often faced with the managing of large, complex projects so that becoming a good engineer requires good social and team working skills. I can gladly say that I have what it takes to live up to these standards.

I got admission in bachelor degree of engineering in fall semester 2009, I did two years of my bachelor degree in Minsk state university of informatics and radioelectronic in Minsk Belarus than I migrated and got admission in Kaunas university of technology in Industrial engineer in 3rd year in 2011 and now I am in my final year ( 4th year). So according to ECTS I am already passed 140 credits in Kaunas university of technology but for further studies I want to get admission in Group T and complete my bachelor degree in electromechanical program in english.

How I see engineering? I believe engineering permeates every aspect of our daily life. Take, for instance, when I get up and take a shower (the shower unit which contains a pump and heat exchanger, and itself the process of producing large amounts of the shower gel we use, are engineering projects) or when I have my breakfast (cornflakes- making involves an engineering process), to driving or cycling or taking the bus or train to school or work (again, means of transport are engineering projects) as well as the infrastructure (roads, bridges, railways) along with the automation and control of the railway lines, traffic lights and the traffic control systems. Engineers have also designed the mobile phone, the computer, television, laptop, and a range of other everyday indispensible items.

Studying at your multicultural university enables me to improve my interpersonal talents. I would be learning in one of the best universities in Europe. Besides, I will have the opportunity to develop myself in an international environment giving me the privilege to meet new people with different points of view. That would be very enriching experience for me. The Bachelor program is offered in Group T and it drew my attention. I think I will be able to develop my French language, which will help me to form higher qualifications for my future. I am convinced that this bachelor program in electromechanical would provide me with the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills which I will need for a successful mechanical engineer in the future.

I realize the highly competitive demands of the program, but I have the ability, ambition and motivation to exceed the requirements and to excel at the university. I am eager to gain new experiences, and, in my opinion, this program is the best way to achieve that. I am positive that the Group T and especially the electromechanical engineering program would be an excellent start for an ambitious engineering career. Therefore, I would be very proud and happy if I received the admission for this program.

My expectations with this program include:

1. Acquiring engineering knowledge and skills.
2. Becomes a designer, or a researcher in a technical field.

Should you need further information about my background and qualifications, do let me know.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
