Motivation letter for university

Can someone please check my letter and give some feedbacks? I will very much appreciate it.

Dear Sir or Madam:

I am applying for the Master program in Business & Management with specialization in Marketing & Media Management starting in the autumn of 2012. My ambition is to become a business developer.

After graduating high school with a high score achieved by my hard work, I applied for a job in a distributor company in Moscow. I was working as logistics manager and translator at the same time. During the work I got a chance to participate in international exhibitions and besides that I took part in numerous negotiations and creation of marketing plans for various products together with my colleagues. The working experience taught me how to concentrate on goals and achieve them through careful planning and high level of commitment. In addition I learned how to work in team and find mutual solutions to problems. This job helped me to realize that I want to study business, especially management and marketing.

I moved to Sweden in 2008 to start my university education. I am completing my degree in business science at XXX Univeristy. A number of individual works trained me to express my opinions in a structured way and to develop my creativity. I participate in various team projects where I meet people from all over the world. Through talking with students I learn much about different cultures. Moreover, I hear various ideas about problem-solving that helps me to see things from different prospective, which is essential for my future career.

After graduation from bachelor program I want to continue my education in ZZZ University because of your outstanding education system and future prospects that you suggest to students. From speaking with students from your university I am positive of my choice. The first year courses of the program cover marketing issues from all possible aspects, while during the second year internship at the international famous Swedish companies will create possibility to deal with real-life business problems, which is a vital part of future working experience. All these advantages allow me to understand marketing development and conditions, and as a result to become an excellent specialist, which will pursue my dreams.

Having provided information about my background and future goals I am sure that I possess necessary skills to study in your university. I am confident that my relevant working experience, personal skills and desire to exceed my knowledge in marketing management will fulfill the requirement of the applicant you are searching for. I will benefit to the program with my ambitious about studying marketing, dealing with organizational challenges and applying my already existing knowledge.
