Motivation letter for university

I'm applying for an international study programme.
Can anyone, please, check my motivation letter to university and give me some advice?

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am applying to joint Master degree program starting in January 2012. My career ambition is to become a professional employee in IT industry.
I am a 22 year old Quality Assurance Engineer who is interested in IT Science and Engineering and has a desire for it. I graduated in July 2010 from Computer-Aided Management Systems Department of the NAME_OF_UNIVERSITY university and got bachelor degree in computer science and master degree as engineer system analyst-researcher.
I tend to develop myself in different lines of educational and public activities. During my education in the university, I have been head of student group, head of students trade union organization in the faculty, I have also actively involved in the cross-cultured volunteer work.
Upon graduation, I joined NAME_OF_COMPANY in Poland, known as IT company offering complex approach for the custom software, web and application development along with the constant support for customers, which gives me an opportunity to apply my knowledge in real life application. I am currently employed as a Quality Assurance Engineer on Healthcare project.
Even though my two year experience working I feel having not enough knowledge in IT area. I have dedicated a lot of my time to research in order acquire knowledge about the IT products quality assurance (test planning, test preparing, test execution, analysis of results) and program engineering in general. I have desire to continue studies in order to gain knowledge and experience by academic research and I believe a Master’s Degree Program in Information Systems Management would offer me the opportunity to become an International Specialist in this area.
The main reason that drives me study is aspiration of improving theoretical knowledge in IT Engineering and Business Administration, IT Projects and Process Management, Consulting and Management, Enterprise Economy and International Economy areas. I have also a passion for foreign languages and this program gives a great opportunity to expand my skills in English and I am looking forward to refresh and deeply study Italian. Moreover reason of choosing this Program comes from the fact that program has a part-time basis with compact course and evening class schedule. These will allow me combine studying and working. It is very important for me gain theoretical knowledge as well as real practical experience.
I believe that this program gives me a great chance to join the international IT community and to obtain the practical attainments.
