Motivation Letter for National Visa Application

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this motivation letter as a part of my application for a national visa to study “Bachelor of Business Administration with Informatics” at “South Westphalia, University of Applied Science”.

First of all, Germany steps forward as one of the most leader countries in the world. It is the world’s 4th best country overall, the 4th largest economy by nominal GDP and the 5th by purchasing power parity. While also simultaneously the world's 3rd largest exporter and importer of goods. Listed as the most energy efficient major economy by the American Council for an Energy-Efficient economy, and ranked in the 6th place, according to the human development index; Germany is an active member of the major international organizations, including: “United Nations”, “European Union”, “G-20” major economies organization, “NATO” and the “Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development”.

I preferred to study in Germany rather than another country due to several reasons. Most of all, German has been listed the world’s 4th safest country for international students based on surveys conducted by the student room website. The educational system of high quality that originated members of the world-class scholars like Albert Einstein: the theoretical physicist, and Konrad Zuse: the inventor of the 1st digital and programmable computers. The dual teaching approach that combines theory with practice producing graduates who are well-prepared for the work environment. The tuition-free education policy applied for both German and international students, thus the costs of education are relatively cheaper compared to other countries. Moreover, the Government is heavily investing in education and research; this account for the DAAD being the world’s largest funding organization.

The South Westphalia, University of Applied Science, has been frequently ranked among the leading institutions in the "University ranking list" of the CHE & DIE ZEIT. The university trains qualified specialists in various emerging domains, one of them is “Business Administration and Information Technology”. Its close networks with collaborative partners regionally and International universities overseas offer positive prospects for successful professionals. Generally, studies are based on classic full-time attendance, special classes and developed tailor-made modules for every stage of training, and above all small tutorial groups with individual support providing focus on advanced modern courses and research. Everyone gets involved in the study process, and professors in cooperation with consultants are always there to listen and to campaign the pupils.

My interest in “business administration and informatics” evolved after 2012, back then I was a “reservation agent” in a travel agency, and it is later in 2015 as a “sales representative” in fashion and clothing industry, that I have recognized the crucial role of “management and information technology” in the modern pioneer businesses. Meanwhile my wife “My Motivator” was always encouraging me to apply for a Bachelor joining both fields. Being conscious, I decided to check for the convenient one and applied to the BBA at South Westphalia University. It is higher ranked as compared to other programs at other universities, with a modular structure allowing students the freedom to choose from a range of modules and topics, according to their academic progress and focus area. Well-designed to be highly interdisciplinary and provide profound technical expertise with fine-tuned soft skills, making it suitable for students who intend to work for international companies in functions or projects which require an Information Technology background with a thorough understanding of management practices. In cooperation with the Swiss-German University in Jakarta Indonesia, upon additional enrollment, the students of the South Westphalia University can study one or two semester abroad, and get double degree.

My main goal after the bachelor graduation is to deploy the acquired know-how and accumulated work experiences to impact positively on my community and country.

I plan to establish my start-up enterprise, and be a part of the initiatives taken to develop the “Morocco Digital Strategy 2020” aiming to accelerate Morocco’s digital transformation and reinforce the country’s status as a regional digital hub in Africa.

Sincerely Yours,
