Motivation letter for MSc in International Management

Hello! Emotion: wink
I'd like to apply to MSc International Management programme in the UK and I need to write a personal statement explaining why am I interested in the course...
Prior to writing it, I'd like to get some advice on what should I write in that letter.

I'm actually interested in hospitality and tourism management but this uni does not offer that course (I have to apply specifically to this uni because that is one of the conditions of my scholarship)
So, should I state that I'd actually like to work in tourism and hospitality industry?
I already worked in this industry (managed our guest houses, receptionist, currently working as a tour guide)... so the big deal of my work experience and personal strengths is related to this specific branch of management.

I would appreciate any suggestions and advices from the bottom of my heart!

Thank you for reading this!
