Motivation letter for Masters Internship

Just being joined here , writing to u to get a favor about my motivation letter which I have written as follows & I would really appreciate u, if u experts would advise me further any changes/rephrasing required in order to making more convincing motivation letter.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you to express my keen interest in completing my Master’s thesis(Internship) on the topic entitled “Performance evaluation of protocols multipath”. I believe my educational and professional background would enable me to make a strong contribution at your organization. I am currently a second year student of M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (Emphasis on Internet Systems) at Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden.

During my masters program, I studied TCP/IP Internetwork and got some good understanding about the TCP/IP, UDP, IPv4, IPv6 & routing protocols. I would like to put my knowledge into practice throughout this research work in order to be able an ideal researcher . More importantly, I performed “Research Methodology” course which gave me a background about how to anylyze a problem in scientific manner at the same time as part of that I have already done a small research project on Comparative Analysis of VOIP Implementation in MPLS over Non- MPLS network and the project was validated by OPNET.

During my undergraduate program, I developed many skills whilst studying my courses, such programming in C/C++, fundamentals of Java, basic in PHP, HTML. By and studied theories of probability, theory of queues and graph theory.

In addition, I have achieved professional skills from two years job experience in the IT industry. I am very much passionate and self-tolerant at my work and I can also adapt myself in any kind of adverse situation.

If I will get selected for this job, I will have the opportunity to learn from the best and the fact that I will research in a new environment will give me the privilege to create new relationships with people from different cultures. I am also aware of the kind of dedication and perseverance I will need to have for achieving the best results in the field and I believe my background will qualify me for such work.

Therefore, I can say that I look forward to get an opportunity to join with your organization in order to prove my abilities and gain new skills and I will be patiently waiting for a positive reply.
