Motivation Letter for Master Program

Hi all,
I am a newbie in this forum and would be very glad if you can review my motivation letter for my master degree.
I follow the simple structure as described by MountainHiker to write motivation letter:
-statement of why you write this motivation letter
-why you are interested in the field you are applying (short sentence)
-tell us a little bit about yourself (working experience, educational background and skills)
-why do you choose this program ?
-why do you choose this country ?

Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to apply for the AAA Master Program at XXX university. Once I finish this study, I would like to become a Business Intelligence consultant.

My passion about business informatics began when I read business magazine years ago. I learnt that to run an enterprise, you deal with many aspects of enterprise like finance, sales, logistics, and human resource. Each aspect needs to be taken care of. One aspect I like particularly about running an enterprise is how information technology helps people running their organization. Employees collect business data from all company’s departments. This silo of data is later processed and fed to the decision maker so they can make informed decision for the company. The idea that information technology can be used to help people make the direction for their company just fascinates me.

After graduating from university, I took a job in IT field. I was involved in many kinds of projects; Sales Management application development, Oracle PL/SQL development , and Business Intelligence implementation.
I also became a certified Java programmer. During my professional career, I also had chances to attend a number of information technology trainings; Java programming, Oracle 10.g database, portal technology, Business Intelligence, and SAP training.
With the experience, education, and skills I mention above, I am pretty confident that I am the right candidate for this program.
I believe that by studying at XXX University, I will get state-of the art computing facilities and very good faculty staff. These will incredibly help me shaping the knowledge foundation for my career.

From the university publication, I also learn that Master course at XXX University was ranked as the best among German university programs in YYY publication. This fact reaffirms my decision to study this master program at XXX University.

This course is also designed in a practical-oriented manner so I believe that once I graduate from this program, I will not find much difficulty in finding a job.
